Traits of highly successful people:

 HOME PAGE!  PAGE TWO! PAGE THREE! PAGE FOUR! PAGE FIVE! MY FAVORITES:

These qualities are the strong points in such people as Henry Ford, J.D. Rockefeller, H.L. Hunt, William R. Hearst, Michael Dell, Walt Disney, Howard Hughes, Thomas Du Pont, Eweing Kauffman, Bill Gates, Andrew Mellon, Sam Walton, William Randolph Hurst, Donald Trump, Ray Croc, H. Firestone, and many other very successful leaders.

 To the right is Mark Bayer with one of the first Triumph Thunderbirds imported to the US.  What grest bikes those new Triumph's are!

1.  They are highly motivated, hard working, goal oriented, and competitive (usually not fortune seekers); a high aptitude in math was very common; High achievers did not give up but continued moving forward through the problems which stopped most people!

2.  They are risk takers, usually willing to put everything on the line (at least in the beginning), and often had questionable integrity; All suffered a major setback early in their careers (most suffered many smaller setbacks throughout their careers); They often times turned misfortune into a positive.

3.  They are almost always opportunistic, innovative, able to promote or create a new market.  Often they took something which had already been developed and took it to another level;  They would stay within their natural abilities and skillsets;

4.  They were quick learners and quick to respond to needs or opportunities; They made swift decisions and made adjustments to those decisions without spending much time being upset over the ones which did not work out as desired;  Past failures had a limited effect on forward growth;

5.  They were typically far sighted and often visionaries who didn't expect immediate success or results;  Nearly all were "big picture" people leaving the details to others who know what they want. After a failure they just learned from it and charged ahead;

6.  They were not easily discouraged, were self reliant, often stubborn, and not stopped by criticism.  They didn't spend much time being concerned with what others thought;  All appeared to have high levels of confidence;  They had a "mindset" of success rather than one of failure though all will occasionally struggle with confidence;

7.  They were usually "socially intelligent", not intellectuals.  They had  the ability to influence people, were able to encourage dedication in others,  they were good at picking competent people to lead with them, and usually had little regard for higher education.  More of these leaders come from the ranks of the "non-colleged" than those with higher education.  Nearly all successful people were team builders who were good salesmen and able to build layers of support with those they were leading;

8.  They didn't dwell on past mistakes but charged ahead irregardless of what others thought; confidence and commitment were a major part of their personalities.  They didn't spend time being concerned with the successes of others or with issues they were unbable to change, but being primarily engaged with their own progress and goals.

The most successful are generally very hard workers, non complainers, those who don't give up, those who had a clear gift and exploited it, and those who could handle (use) money.  They were always strong marketers, worked well with people, friendly but loners, and exhibited high levels of confidence.  Most were not fortune seekers, money was just a guage of their success!

Primary sources of depression:

1. Unmet expectations;

2. Lack of goals or purpose in life;

3. Struggle, suffering, or having to deal with something terminal,  these factors break down a person's desire to try or continue in life;

4. Sloth or an unwillingness to work on thre above; many who have never learned to be disciplined struggle with depression;

People who can accept the fact that life is not always fair, people with goals, people who are able to work on those goals unhindered, and people who have some energy, typically suffer from depression less.  The sick, elderly and undisciplined suffer the most!

THE BEST WAY OF DOING THINGS IS USUALLY NOT THE EASIEST WAY OF DOING THINGS!

Truth is frequently hard to find because of what Man has intentionally conceled!

As a man will see what he wants, so does history twist a matter according to what it needs!

An appology is only as good as the actions which follow!

For one to seek truth, one must be humble!

Authenticity usually follows simplicity!

The greatness or weakness of a man is found in the hidden parts of his life!

The fruits of a mother and father are best found in the life of their children!

The one who makes such an issue of selling high but buying low is one who will be quick to use deceit!

True honesty comes only from the inner man!
